About the Role:
We are looking for a ServiceNow focused Implementation Lead, based in Mexico to provide customer facing technical services in support of Moveworks and ServiceNow EmployeeWorks implementations.

What you will do:
- Support end-to-end implementation activities across ServiceNow environments, including discovery, configuration, integration, testing, validation, and documentation.
- Participate in executive and technical discovery sessions to understand customer objectives, business processes,



and existing ServiceNow workflows.
- Partner with ServiceNow administrators, platform owners, architects, and business stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Configure and validate integrations between Moveworks, ServiceNow, identity platforms, knowledge platforms, chat tools, and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ServiceNow workflows, APIs, integrations, authentication, data flows, and platform configuration.
- Produce clear technical documentation covering configurations, integration steps, testing outcomes, and implementation decisions.

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow delivery, consulting, implementation, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, preferably across ITSM, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Incident, Request, or related workflows.
- Demonstrated experience delivering system integr
