Position Objective
To lead the strategic design, standardization, and optimization of enterprise-wide packaging solutions that ensure 100% OEM compliance and operational excellence. This role is responsible for driving significant cost reductions through innovative design and fleet restoration, managing the end-to-end RFQ process, and providing technical leadership to plant-level engineers. By leveraging deep technical expertise in CAD, material science, and sustainability, the objective is to minimize premium freight and environmental impact while fostering a high-performance, cross-functional culture of continuous improvement.
