We're looking for a
Software Engineer – Test Automation
to join a growing engineering team supporting a confidential U.S. client. This role is adecuado for engineers who enjoy developing automation frameworks, writing high-quality code, and improving software reliability through engineering.

This is a software engineering position—not a traditional QA role.

What You'll Do
- Build and enhance scalable automation frameworks.
- Develop automated tests using
Playwright
as the primary framework.
- Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Work closely with developers and product teams.
- Increase automation coverage and improve software quality.

What We're Looking For

✅ 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, SDET, or Test Automation.

✅ Strong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, or similar languages.

✅
Hands-on Playwright experience is required.

✅ Experience building automation frameworks.

✅ Familiarity with Selenium,



Cypress, Cucumber/BDD, and the Page Object Model.

✅ Experience with GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar CI/CD platforms.

✅ Strong understanding of APIs, web technologies, software architecture, and Agile development.

✅ Advanced English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience as a
Test Automation Architect
or designing enterprise automation frameworks.

⭐ Previous experience as a
Backend Engineer
or
Full Stack Engineer
.

⭐ Experience with PHP, Laravel, or Vue.js.

⭐ AWS, Docker, or cloud infrastructure experience.
