Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Supply Chain Analyst
to join our team. In this role, you will analyze supply chain operations, monitor inventory and logistics performance, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize overall supply chain processes. You will collaborate with procurement, logistics, operations, and cross-functional teams to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasts, and supply planning activities.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance.
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to optimize workflows and reduce costs.
- Support demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.




- Evaluate supplier performance and assist in identifying supply risks and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate supply chain documentation, reports, and databases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain best practices.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of inventory management, demand planning, and logistics processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
