Responsibilities
- Recruiting & Staffing: Participation in the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job openings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers. - Onboarding & Offboarding: Facilitate seamless onboarding experience for new hires and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback on organizational improvement. - Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve conflicts,



and provide guidance on company policies and procedures. - Annual Performance Employee: Support the annual performance review process and assist managers in developing employee growth plans. - Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all HR activities comply with federal, state, and local labor laws. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. - Benefits: Assist with benefits administration. - Culture & Engagement: Organize activities an initiative that fosters a high-performance culture and improve employee retention.
