Role Summary
The People Opeartions and Onboarding Manager will lead the operational delivery of onboarding and compliance operations, while helping enhance the joiner experience across the firm. They should understand onboarding and employee lifecycle processes, be comfortable working with data and metrics, and have a continuous improvement mindset. Lead onboarding compliance and recruitment operations, including key background screening and personal independence requirements. Represent People Operations as a subject matter expert in projects, including technology and transformation initiatives tied to onboarding and operational delivery. Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and other stakeholders to ensure effective handoffs, alignment, and service delivery. Manage and influence stakeholders across IT, Security, Benefits,



Workplace Services, HR Business Partners, Deployment Consultants, US colleagues, leaders, and daily operations teams. Support data analysis, metrics, reporting, SLAs, and KPI insights needed to monitor operational performance and inform leadership decisions. Coach, support, and guide senior associates and specialists across a shared team structure, helping the team continue improving and working collaboratively. Support hybrid team connectivity by maintaining a meaningful office presence for stakeholder management, town halls, connectivity events, and team moments that matter.
