Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detailed-oriented
Payroll Analyst
to support payroll operations across the
United States
. This role demands a solid understanding of U.S. labor, wage, and taxation laws and will play a key role in executing accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and partnering with internal teams on system enhancements, reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong proficiency in
ADP GlobalView
, advanced Excel and data analysis skills, and fluency in both
English and Spanish
. This position is based in
Guadalajara, Mexico
.

This role goes beyond payroll processing. You will serve as a strategic partner across the organization, implementing process improvements and collaborating with cross-functional teams including HR, Accounting, Tax, Legal, and external service providers.



Your ability to manage recurring assignments while contributing to special projects and addressing complex developments will be essential to success.

The adecuado candidate will have a proven track record of operationalizing payroll in dynamic, fast-paced environments, with
U.S. payroll experience

Key Responsibilities
Payroll Operations
- Process end-to-end biweekly and semi-monthly payroll runs according to federal and state wage-and-hour laws.
- Validate earnings, deductions, taxes, benefit contributions, and final pay.
- Review payroll inputs from HRIS, Time & Attendance (Workday Time Tracking), and manual adjustments.
- Reconcile payroll prior to submission and validate output files after processing.
