About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
Bilingual (Spanish/English) Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury Paralegal

to join a growing U.S. law firm.

This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience supporting attorneys in Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury matters. You will play an essential role in managing case files, coordinating medical appointments, communicating with clients, preparing legal documents, and ensuring cases progress efficiently from intake through resolution.

The adecuado candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple active cases while delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

Case Management
- Manage Workers' Compensation and/or Personal Injury case files from intake through resolution
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation
- Track case deadlines, appointments, and important milestones




- Update case information within the case management system
- Support attorneys with daily case management activities

Client & Medical Coordination
- Schedule client consultations and appointments
- Coordinate medical appointments with treating physicians and specialists
- Communicate with clients regarding case updates and required documentation
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Maintain professional communication with clients in both English and Spanish

Legal & Administrative Support
- Prepare and file legal documents
- Draft client letters and routine legal correspondence
- Organize and maintain electronic case files
- Assist with document collection and case preparation
- Perform additional legal and administrative support tasks as assigned

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Workers' Compensation or Personal Injury Paralegal for a U.S. law firm
- Fluent in both Engli
