​? What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

​Design & Development: work with the engineering, design, and release of automotive components using Siemens NX.

​Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with suppliers, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and resolve technical issues.

​Data Management: Manage Teamcenter databases, releasing 3D models and 2D drawings according to industry Standards GD&T.;





​Problem Solving: Lead root-cause analysis for engineering builds and implement robust design changes.

​Timeline Ownership: Track project milestones to ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget.

​?️ What We Are Looking For (Requirements)

​Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a DRE within the automotive industry.

​Software Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Siemens NX (CAD modeling, drafting, and assembly). Experience with Teamcenter is highly preferred.

​Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes (injection molding, stamping, casting, etc.) and GD&T.;

​Language: Professional professional proficiency in English (working with integral teams).

​Flexibility: This is a hybrid role. You must have the availability to commute to our offices/client sites in Santa Fe or Toluca when project milestones or team collaboration require it.
