We are looking for a detail-oriented Contracting Associate to manage the full lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution
.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract creation, review, amendments, and execution
- Verify business terms and contracting parties
- Proofread contracts for accuracy and policy compliance
- Collaborate with legal teams and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives

Qualification:
- Degree in Law or related fields with contract review experience via internships or professional practice (e.g. procurement area).
- Knowledge of the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is desirable
- Advanced English; additional languages like Portuguese is a plus
- Experience with SAP Ariba, Salesforce, or DocuSign
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Proactive, accountable, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
