Role Description
The Onboarding Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Guadalajara, Mexico Metropolitan Area. This role is responsible for guiding new clients through the onboarding process,



ensuring a smooth transition into Advanced Marketers’ services and systems. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating kickoff meetings, gathering and validating client information, setting up accounts and tools, and documenting onboarding steps and timelines. The Onboarding Specialist collaborates with marketing, sales, and account management teams to align expectations, clarify requirements, and address questions or issues promptly. This position also involves monitoring onboarding progress, analyzing client feedback, and recommending improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
