Requirements

Must to have experience:
- This position is for Support, not Development.
- Java 8 (1 years of proven experience)
- Object-oriented programming languages (OOP)
- Linux (command line, Shell scripting)
- REST APIs / creation and consumption of microservices
- Unit testing • DB (SQL and NoSQL)
- Maven, GIT

Responsibilities
- To provide advanced technical support for applications, systems, and infrastructure. performing detailed troubleshooting, incident resolution, root cause analysis, and coordination with Development support teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure service stability and customer satisfaction

Required Languages

English Advanced 80-95% . We are looking for candidates with advanced English (able to maintain business-level conversations).

Possible Job location(s)

The work model is hybrid (Aguascalientes or Monterrey)

Work Shifts:

Morning shift: 8am-5pm CST

Evening shift: 3pm-11pm CST

Weekend on call.
