We're looking for a curious, proactive, and people-oriented Talent Attraction Intern who is excited to learn about recruiting, employer branding, and talent acquisition in the technology industry. If you're passionate about connecting with people, love social media, and want to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech environment, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do
- Support sourcing efforts for technical and non-technical positions.
- Help identify and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms.
- Assist with candidate screening and interview scheduling.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Help create and publish job postings across multiple platforms.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and recruiting events.
- Support university outreach programs, career fairs, and networking activities.




- Maintain candidate information and recruiting records.
- Contribute ideas to improve candidate experience and recruiting processes.
- Learn about current trends in talent acquisition and the technology market.

What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Interest in recruiting, talent acquisition or employer branding.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, social media platforms, or recruiting tools is a plus.
