Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven
Operations Manager
to oversee and optimize daily business operations. In this role, you will lead operational initiatives, improve business processes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the efficient delivery of organizational objectives. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, improving productivity, and supporting the company's long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and high-quality performance.
- Develop, implement, and improve operational processes, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports for senior management.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals and business objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage project execution, resource allocation, and operational planning.




- Collaborate with departments including Finance, HR, IT, Customer Support, and Supply Chain to improve organizational performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and operational standards.
- Analyze operational data and provide strategic recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Support change management initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations management, business operations, project management, or a related leadership role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Pow
