Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Security Supervisor role based in Monterrey, NLE. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, including managing security personnel, assigning posts and schedules, and monitoring compliance with company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include conducting inspections of facilities and access points, ensuring physical security systems are functioning, and responding to incidents or emergencies in a timely and professional manner. The Security Supervisor will coordinate with operations and management teams to support safe business activities, maintain accurate incident reports and logs, and provide clear communication to internal stakeholders and external visitors. This role also involves coaching and training team members, promoting a customer-focused security culture, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve safety and security practices.

- Strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and shift coordination.




- Demonstrated experience in physical security, access control, and incident response in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions, write concise reports, and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer service skills to support a welcoming and professional environment for employees, visitors, and vendors.
- Operations management skills to align security activities with business needs, prioritize tasks, and maintain organized workflows.
- Knowledge of basic security regulations, workplace safety practices, and emergency procedures.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure, make sound decisions, and handle confidential information appropriately.
- Previous experience in a security supervisory or lead role, ideally in a similar industry or setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certification in security or safety
