Objective:

Ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance of the company's operations in Mexico, provide strategic business oriented legal corporate governance, regulatory, contractual and compliance matters, mitigate legal risks in the gaming and digital services sector, and contribute to the design and implementation of scalable legal processes in a fast-growing startup environment within an international environment.

Main responsibilities:
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage all types of commercial, corporate, and operational agreements with local and international partners, ensuring legal compliance and protection of the company’s interests in accordance with internal approval frameworks.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with applicable Mexican laws and regulations, including corporate, contractual, labor, data protection, and regulatory frameworks, providing practical and solution-oriented legal advice to the business.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage legal and regulatory risks,



proposing mitigation strategies aligned with business objectives escalating material or strategic matters.
- Act as a key legal advisor to internal teams and senior management on corporate, regulatory, and contractual matters, and coordinate external counsel when required.
- Oversee legal document management, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility, and lead the development and implementation of internal legal policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines.
- Lead and support complex contract negotiations, ensuring commercially favorable and legally sound outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with finance, operations, compliance, product, and senior leadership, ensuring legal alignment with business strategy and growth plans.

Requirements:
- Law degree and
valid license to practice law in Mexico
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience

in corporate law, regulatory, or in house legal roles
- Strong knowledge of Mexican corporate, contract, labor, and data protection
