Are you passionate about project coordination, financial analysis, and project governance? We're looking for a Project Control Analyst (PCA) to support project teams by ensuring effective schedule management, financial tracking, reporting, and project compliance.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Maintain and update project schedules using Microsoft Project

✅ Partner with Project Managers to ensure successful project execution

✅ Track budgets, forecasts, invoices, and financial performance

✅ Prepare project cost, variance, and financial reports

✅ Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks and issues

✅ Support project governance, compliance, and change management activities





✅ Analyze project data and present meaningful insights to leadership

✅ Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date

Required Skills & Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

✔ 3+ years of Project Coordination / Project Control experience

✔ Strong experience with Microsoft Project (MS Project/Project Server)

✔ Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills

✔ Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities

✔ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

✔ Experience working closely with cross-functional project teams

➕ Knowledge of Project Management methodologies
