Role Description
The Industrial Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Chihuahua, Chih. In this position,



the technician oversees preventive and corrective maintenance for industrial machinery, equipment, and systems, including; packaging lines, conveyors, HVAC units, and cooling systems. Daily tasks include inspecting and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic components, performing repairs and adjustments, and documenting maintenance activities in accordance with company and client standards. The role also involves supporting installation of new equipment, assisting industrial safety initiatives, and collaborating with project teams on special on-site implementations. The technician works closely with supervisors, engineers, and client representatives to ensure reliable operations, minimal downtime, and adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
