Responsibilities and more:

Position Summary:
- We are seeking a Bilingual Medical Virtual Assistant / Live Medical Scribe to support an endocrinology clinic serving English- and Spanish-speaking patients.
- This is primarily a non-clinical healthcare support role,



but the successful candidate must be comfortable working in a medical environment and understand medical terminology, documentation, and clinic workflows.
- The role combines live medical scribing, chart preparation, lab order support, prior authorizations, referral authorizations, bilingual patient assistance, and administrative coverage.
- Candidates do not need to be licensed healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses, Medical Assistants, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Nurse Practitioners, or physicians.
- A formal clinical background is optional.
- Previous medical scribe or healthcare support experience is preferred because the role requires the assistant to understand provider discussions and accurately document information during patient visits.
