Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Android Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality Android applications. The idóneo candidate will have strong experience building native Android applications using Java and Kotlin, with expertise in Android SDK, Android Studio, and modern UI development practices. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly mobile applications that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain native Android applications using Java and Kotlin.
- Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using XML layouts and Material Design guidelines.
- Develop, integrate, and consume RESTful APIs and JSON-based web services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following Android development best practices.
- Use Android Studio and Android SDK to develop, debug, test, and optimize applications.
- Manage application builds, dependencies, and releases using Gradle.
- Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, QA engineers,



and backend developers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and resolve bugs.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards.
- Maintain source code using Git and follow version control best practices.
- Stay current with Android platform updates, libraries, and emerging mobile development technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience developing native Android applications.
- Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin.
- Hands-on experience with Android SDK and Android Studio.
- Experience designing user interfaces using XML layouts.
- Knowledge of Material Design principles and Android UI best practices.
