Back-End Engineer

What You Bring
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend software development
- Strong experience developing backend applications using C# or Go (GoLang)




- Experience working with MySQL or similar relational database management systems, including database schema design and query optimization
- Experience with event streaming technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
- Experience using Microsoft Copilot or similar AI-assisted development tools
- Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or similar
- Advanced English proficiency with strong communication skills

Nice to have
- Experience with Redis
- Experience working in manufacturing, industrial, or enterprise environments
- Knowledge of scalable backend architectures and distributed systems
- Experience building secure, high-performance APIs and backend services
