Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly strategic and systems-oriented Concierge Builder to partner directly with department leaders in identifying operational pain points and transforming complex workflows into scalable, AI-powered solutions. This role acts as a bridge between operations and technical teams — translating real-world business challenges into functional workflows, tools, reports, and process improvements.

The adecuado candidate is a strong systems thinker with experience in process improvement, workflow design, stakeholder management, and operational problem-solving. This role is heavily focused on building phase-one solutions,



validating workflows with stakeholders, and preparing scalable handoffs to Builder or development teams.

Work Setup:
- Independent contractor role
- Fully remote – open to candidates based in Mexico
- Must be available to collaborate with US-based teams and stakeholders during business hours
