You will shape the commercial strategy and build the future of sales as a founding partner.

Compensation:

What makes you a strong candidate:
- You are proficient in Sales strategy, Prospecting, Pricing, Outbound sales, Negotiation.
- You have the potential to develop in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Email marketing, Cold calling, CRM.
- English - Fully fluent
- Spanish - Conversational

Responsibilities and more:

We're looking for someone who wants to build, not simply join, a startup.

This is an opportunity to become a founding member focused entirely on customer acquisition and outbound sales. You'll have significant influence over our GTM strategy,



help shape the business alongside the founders, and earn meaningful equity in return.

At this stage, there is no cash compensation. Instead, we're offering equity to someone who believes in building long-term value.

What we're looking for:
- Experience in B2B sales, outbound sales or business development.
- Comfortable talking to decision-makers.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Self-directed and highly organized.
- Comfortable working with ambiguity.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.

Nice to have:
- Startup experience.
- SaaS sales.
- Marketing technology or influencer marketing experience.
- Experience building outbound systems.
- Experience using Apollo, Clay, Instantly, HubSpot or similar tools.

What you'll do:
- Own outbound sales from strategy to execution.
- Identify and prioritize target customer segments.
- Design and run outbound campaigns.
