Responsibilities:

Debt Strategy & Execution:
Lead the analysis, structuring, and execution of new debt origination, refinancing, and recapitalization strategies.

Financial Modeling & Analysis:
Build, maintain, and review complex financial models to evaluate debt capacity, capital structure optimization, and key leverage metrics.

Transaction Management:
Drive the end-to-end financing process, including coordinating cross-functional due diligence, managing external advisors, and leading deal execution.

Documentation & Negotiation:
Spearhead the negotiation of term sheets and definitive transaction documentation (e.g., Credit Agreements, Security Documents, Trust Agreements) in partnership with internal teams and external counsel.

Relationship Management:
Act as the primary liaison with commercial banks, investment banks, private credit funds, and institutional lenders to cultivate relationships and source competitive financing solutions.

Risk Management:
Design and execute interest rate hedging strategies (e.g., swaps, caps),



and FX hedge strategies to mitigate portfolio risk; manage positions and mark to market valuations.

Portfolio Debt Management:
Oversee the active debt portfolio, managing debt service schedules, principal amortization, interest payments and all the related covenants.

Compliance & Reporting:
Ensure strict adherence to all affirmative, negative, and financial covenants. Oversee the preparation and timely submission of quarterly reporting packages, financial statements, and covenant compliance certificates.

Required Qualifications:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field.

Industry Experience
: 2 - 4 years of proven track record with progressive professional experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, or a sponsor-side Capital Markets role. Solid foundation in Project Finance, Acquisition Finance and Loan Syndication.
