Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and highly skilled educator to join our team in Querétaro, Qro. The main objective of this role is to lead the language and cultural immersion strategy across our campuses, ensuring that bilingualism is lived organically and daily, while also actively teaching in the classroom. The teacher will design and deliver engaging English lessons, focusing on communicative skills, critical thinking, and practical language use aligned with the school’s innovative educational philosophy. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, teaching classes across assigned grade levels,



assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. Additional duties may include supporting extracurricular projects, communicating with families as needed, and contributing to the continuous improvement of the English program.

Qualifications
- Strong teaching skills, with experience guiding learners of different grade and proficiency levels.
- Competence in Lesson Planning and Education practices that promote critical thinking and active learning.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and families in a clear and respectful manner.
- Exceptional bilingual proficiency in English (C2 CEFR level / Full professional fluency).
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certification or TEFL/TESOL qualification is preferred.
