After successfully scaling in the US, we are now launching in Mexico with major national retailers and preparing for rapid expansion across LATAM.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Key Account Manager to lead our retail relationships and become one of the first commercial hires in the company.

What you'll do
- Own and grow strategic retail accounts across Mexico.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with key buyers and merchandising teams.
- Execute successful retail launches from purchase order through in-store execution.
- Drive sell-in, sell-through and commercial performance.
- Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, supply chain and finance to ensure flawless execution.
- Develop joint business plans with retail partners.
- Analyze sales performance,



identify opportunities and present recommendations to leadership.
- Lead commercial negotiations and annual business reviews.
- Help identify and open new retail opportunities across beauty, pharmacy and specialty retail.

What we are looking for
- 7+ years of experience managing national retail accounts.
- Strong relationships within the beauty, pharmacy, consumer goods or premium retail industries.
- Experience working with retailers such as Sephora, San Pablo, Liverpool, Palacio de Hierro, Ulta, Walmart or similar is highly valued.
- Proven experience negotiating commercial agreements and managing large retail accounts.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing startup environment where execution and ownership are critical.
- Fluent in Spanish and professional English.
