for candidates with strong clinical research expertise, sponsor-facing experience, and excellent communication skills.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, sponsors, CROs, and research institutions.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the clinical research industry.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, therapeutic areas, and potential clients.
- Prepare and present competitive proposals for clinical research projects.
- Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Quality teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Lead client presentations, proposal discussions, and contract negotiations.
