A California-based AI consulting firm (founded 2010) that helps enterprise clients integrate artificial intelligence into their operations. They don't sell off-the-shelf software — they build custom AI agents that automate processes, connect systems, and make decisions without human intervention. 15+ years in data analytics, now deep into agentic AI. 90% client retention rate.

Compensation

$25,000 – $30,000 MXN net/month, depending on experience and skill level demonstrated during the interview process.

The Role

We're looking for someone early in their career who's hungry to learn how real AI agents get built — the kind that run in production, serve real clients, and need to keep working. This is not a theoretical or research role. You'll be working alongside a lead and other team members, learning the craft of shipping production AI systems from day one.

We care far more about your attitude, curiosity, and willingness to figure things out than about your years of experience.

You will:
- Support the customization and development of AI agents and LLM Skills (primarily with Claude/Anthropic), under guidance from senior team members
- Help with post-client-review agent adjustments and day-to-day maintenance of production systems
- Assist in debugging issues and monitoring systems to ensure smooth operation
- Learn and apply application-level and LLM security basics (agent security, prompt injection awareness, RBAC, PII handling)
- Contribute to improving testing and development workflows
- Collaborate closely with an existing team (lead + interns) — lots of hands-on mentorship

Must-Haves
- Basic to intermediate JavaScript knowledge (backend) — the team's primary stack
- Genuine interest in AI agents / LLMs — coursework, personal projects, bootcamps, or self-taug
