Detailed Description Of The Project
Design and implement supply chain analytics, optimization, simulation, and digital solutions to evaluate business scenarios, improve operational performance, and quantify value creation across global operations.

Project Objective
Design and implement data-driven supply chain solutions that leverage analytics, optimization, simulation,



and digital technologies to improve operational performance, support strategic decision-making, and accelerate digital transformation across global business units while delivering measurable business value.
