Role Description
The Logistics Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role located in Tijuana, BCN. This position is responsible for planning and coordinating daily shipments, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring timely delivery of fresh produce to customers and distribution points. The role includes managing transportation schedules, preparing and updating logistics documentation, and collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any delivery or quality issues. The Logistics Coordinator will track orders,



maintain accurate records in logistics and inventory systems, and support continuous improvements in efficiency and cost control. The role also involves regular communication with customers and colleagues to provide shipment status updates and ensure a smooth flow of goods across the supply chain.
