WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The power of sport is at the heart of Nike’s DNA – with our mission to bring inspiration and innovation to every athlete* in the world. The Social & Community Impact (SCI) team fulfils this mission by powering the Future Of Youth Sport across the enterprise.

The SCI Lead will work directly with the Director, Future of Youth Sport Americas and sit in the larger SCI Americas Team.



They will work closely with SCI cross functional teams and with key partners across the Nike business, including Brand Marketing, Sports Marketing, CaSA Distributors and Nike Direct. They will also work directly with community partners and sport organizations external to Nike.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

The SCI Lead is passionate about bringing Nike’s Future of Youth Sport strategy to life in Mexico City. They are an organized project manager and team player with proven follow through, have program management experience from concept to execution, and is a strong relationship manager and communicator. They are a quick and eager learner, with an inclusive mindset. They lead with authenticity, courage and are inspired by the possibilities of the unknown. You will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or a combination of relevant, professional experience, education and training.

A minimum of 4 years of prof
