About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal / Legal Assistant with hands-on experience supporting U.S. litigation and business law matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a structured, detail-oriented legal environment and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work. You will work directly with attorneys on litigation, corporate transactions, and other legal matters while helping ensure deadlines are met, filings are accepted, and legal documents are prepared to the highest standard.

This position will begin on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the firm continues to grow.

Key Responsibilities

Litigation & Case Management
- Organize and maintain litigation case files and supporting documentation
- Prepare exhibits, hearing binders, and supporting materials
- Manage litigation calendars and calculate court deadlines




- Coordinate attorney workflows and litigation-related administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate time entries and billing records

Legal Document Preparation
- Draft and format legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, contracts, and corporate documents
- Review legal documents for grammar, formatting, citations, references, and accuracy
- Prepare initial drafts of routine legal documents
- Verify AI-generated content before submission
- Ensure documents comply with court rules and firm standards

Court Filings & Legal Research
- Prepare and electronically file documents with state and federal courts
- Monitor filing deadlines and ensure compliance with local court rules
- Conduct legal research across litigation, business law, intellectual property, and corporate matters
- Assist with e-discovery, including document review, coding, organization, and production

Client & Administrative Support
- Communicate professionally with clients,
