Job Description

The idóneo candidate enjoys interacting with people, proactively solving problems, and ensuring that our strategic customers receive exceptional service throughout the entire supply chain. The position aims to ensure efficient and professional customer service by coordinating deliveries, tracking orders, and preparing administrative documentation.

Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end order processing for our customers, including sales order receipt, processing, fulfillment, and sales order confirmation.
- Coordinate with 3PL to ensure on-time outbound shipments and manage freight arrangements.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat.




- Review/approve invoices from service providers.
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
- Data entry in various platforms.
- Prepare, update, and file administrative documents, reports, and customer records.
- Follow up on requests, incidents, and requirements until they are satisfactorily resolved.

Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
- Knowledge of LTL, FTL, Bulk and double blind shipments.
- High level of organization, planning, and attention to detail.
- Proactivity, responsibility, and ability to work independently.
- Experience in remote work (desirable).
- Working availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST
- Contractor (RESICO).
