The Role:

Dux Capital is hiring a Finance & Portfolio Operations Analyst to support portfolio monitoring and investor reporting across our fund and affiliate investment companies of the Dux General Partners. This is a foundational hire: you will build the reporting infrastructure from the ground up and work directly with the Head of Pipeline & Portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of venture capital operations and financial reporting, idóneo for someone who wants institutional-grade exposure to how a VC fund and its portfolio actually operate, not just a back-office function.

What You Will Own:

1. Fund portfolio reporting (Dux Capital). Maintain a standardized monthly reporting cycle across active portfolio companies, tracking key operating and financial metrics to report LPs.
2. Pipeline tracking (Dux Capital). Maintain an up-to-date tracker of new investment opportunities, deal stage, and status through the diligence process.
3. Due diligence support (Dux Capital). Support due diligence execution on active deals, including data organization, financial model review,



and reference checks.
4. Investor reporting for affiliate investment companies. Build and maintain financial and operational performance dashboards for investor reporting on behalf of sister companies affiliated with the Dux General Partners.

What We Are Looking For:

1. 1 to 2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A;, investment banking, private equity/VC operations, or a related field.
2. Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience building financial dashboards from raw data.
3. Strong use of AI, Canva, and easy adaptation to new technologies.
4. Comfort working directly with founders and executives to gather and validate financial data.
5. Bilingual, English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
6. Based in Mexico City, able to work Central or Mountain time business hours with overlap into the US workday.
