Skills and Competencies




- 6+ years of relevant experience in financial services, with a strong emphasis on credit and risk assessment within insurance companies; experience with banks and other financial institutions is considered a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce clear, concise, and grammatically accurate reports and presentations
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse, senior, and external audiences
- Strong executive presence, demonstrating confidence, professionalism, and the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Proven initiative and sound judgment, combined with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and teamwork
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently, take ownership of analyses, and drive tasks to completion
- Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high-quality output in time-sensitive and deadl
