KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

TEACHING AND LEARNING

* Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate learning activities.
* Implement play-based, exploratory, and student-centered teaching strategies.
* Support the development of language, motor, cognitive, and socio-emotional
skills.
* Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

STUDENT DEVELOPMENT AND MONITORING

* Observe and monitor students’ overall development and progress.
* Assess students using developmentally appropriate tools and strategies.
* Identify students who may require additional support and collaborate on
intervention strategies.
* Promote positive behavior, independence, and social interaction.

CLASSROOM MANAGEMENT

* Maintain an organized, clean, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Establish routines and expectations that promote structure and safety.
* Ensure the appropriate use and care of classroom materials and resources.

DOCUMENTATION AND FOLLOW-UP

* Prepare and maintain updated records of lesson planning, student progress,
and assessments.




* Collect and organize evidence of student learning in line with institutional
guidelines.
* Ensure proper organization and maintenance of academic documentation.

COMMUNICATION AND COLLABORATION

* Maintain clear, respectful, and consistent communication with parents
regarding student development.
* Collaborate with teaching assistants, specialists, and school staff.
* Participate in meetings, training sessions, and institutional activities.

SAFEGUARDING AND WELLBEING

* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all students at all times.
* Follow safeguarding, health, and safety policies and procedures.
* Report any concerns related to student welfare in a timely and appropriate
manner.

SKILLS

* Strong understanding of early childhood development.
* Ability to implement play-based and student-centered teaching strategies.
* Classroom management and organizational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
