The Job:

As a Training & Development Supervisor, you’ll be part of our Human Resources
team working as an on-site employee.

You’ll get to:

* Lead and supervise the Training & Development team, including direct reports
and site trainers.
* Manage and execute the annual training plan for operators (makers) and staff
populations.
* Partner closely with manufacturing leadership, mainly Assembly, providing
hands-on HR support on the shop floor.




* Coordinate internal and external training programs, ensuring alignment with
business needs and operational priorities.
* Conduct training needs assessments and translate business requirements into
development initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with local labor regulations related to training and
development.
* Manage the training budget and monitor effectiveness of training programs.
* Support leadership development initiatives and career path frameworks.
* Drive engagement initiatives and development programs for interns and
trainees.

* At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles with a strong focus
