Detailed Description of the Project

Project Objective

Support with various activities within the Global H&S; area.

Challenges for the Students

Develop skills in administrative management, creativity applied to
presentations, reports, websites, attention to detail, and problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities and Activities to Be Carried Out

* Prepare the team’s weekly activity report.
* Prepare the monthly global H&S; indicators report.




* Create two monthly H&S; messages for OGV.
* Address regional requests regarding the integral dashboard and Intelex.
* Prepare various presentations for the area.
* Support information requests from corporate and regional areas.
* Contribute to activities related to the General H&S; Awards.
* Update area materials in line with Cemex’s new branding and identity.
* Prepare global safety alerts.
* Update the list with the status of F2 reports.

Specific Requirements / Qualifications

* Advanced proficiency in English.
* Analytical skills.
* Teamwork.
* Problem-solving.
* Self-motivation for learning.
* Attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint,
Teams).
* A plus would be experience with Power BI and data science.
