Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Virtual Assistant with a strong background in both Disposition and Novation. The idóneo candidate will have experience supporting U.S. real estate investment businesses, managing transactions, coordinating with buyers and sellers, and ensuring deals progress smoothly from contract to closing.

Responsibilities
- Manage disposition and novation transactions.
- Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, and title companies.
- Market properties to investor buyers and follow up on leads.
- Coordinate inspections, contracts, and closing timelines.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and transaction updates.
- Track deal progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in U.S. real estate as a Virtual Assistant.




- Proven experience in both Disposition and Novation.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Experience with CRMs such as Podio, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple transactions.

Preferred
- Experience working with real estate investors or wholesaling companies.
- Knowledge of transaction coordination and closing processes.
