What is your role?
The Product Line Specialist supports the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth, profitability, and customer value. This role serves as a critical link between commercial, manufacturing, technology, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure successful product lifecycle management and market competitiveness.Major responsibilities and tasks of the position:

Work with the Product Line Manager (PLM)



and Product Team members to execute product life-cycle management strategy
Work with the PLM to contribute to the development of both long- and short-term business strategies to maximize profitability and achieve growth
Champion new product development and timely release through collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Market Development, Technology and Manufacturing Operations
Collaborate with general counterparts to drive product strategies
Understand the competitive environment and devise plans to differentiate and counteract
Interpret market demand and provide forecast input for capacity planning
Provide technical support to develop product literature and promotional brochures
Support key day-to-day activities for various markets
Formulate value propositions with commercial team to position against the competition
Influence supply-chain and procurement to deliver best cost and service
Provide product training and support
