Job Description:
Qualification, Knowledge & Academic requirements:
* Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
* More than 3 years of experience in Quality.
* Conversational level of technical English.
* Great problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills.
* Ability to travel 25% of time (including international).
* Lead Teams.
* Have a solid knowledge of manufacturing processes.
* Knowledge of Engineering Standards (Quality Tools)
* Knowledge of Statistical Analysis.
Experience requirements:
* Advanced experience in HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS, mechanical and electronics.
* Expert in RCA methods, 8Ds, A3, Core Tools.
* Practical experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
* Handling of statistical software WinSPS, Minitab.
* Lead Teams.
* Establish and maintain rapport with the team, through communication and
proactivity within the organization.
* Track multiple projects simultaneously to ensure compliance with Milwaukee
Tool's schedule and process.
* Follow up Quality related activities in all production lines.
