Gianni Music Group is looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer to join our international creative team.

This is an opportunity to work on two unique music projects with integral reach:

Buena Vista All Stars – an internationally touring project featuring legendary Cuban musicians performing at major festivals and concert halls worldwide.

BataBOOM – a new Afro House project blending electronic music, live musicians, culture, and cinematic visual storytelling.

What You'll Do
- Design social media content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and streaming platforms
- Create promotional artwork for concerts, tours, album releases, and marketing campaigns
- Design digital advertisements, banners, newsletters, and website assets
- Develop branding materials and visual identities across multiple projects
- Prepare artwork for both digital and print production
- Collaborate closely with the Creative Director, marketing team, video editors,



and content creators
- Help bring creative concepts to life while maintaining high visual standards and brand consistency

What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital marketing, and social media design
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience creating content optimized for social media
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent English (Spanish is a strong advantage)
- Passion for music, entertainment, and creative culture

Bonus Skills
- Motion graphics (After Effects)
- Basic video editing
- Figma experience
- AI creative tools (Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, etc.)
- Experience working with artists, festivals, entertainment, or lifestyle brands
