Medical Manager | Mexico

Based in Mexico City , this strategic leadership role offers the opportunity to shape medical strategy, collaborate with regional and global teams, and support key business initiatives across the country. The position requires availability to travel within Mexico as part of regular engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the medical strategy for the assigned portfolio.
- Serve as the scientific expert and strategic partner to cross-functional teams.




- Work in close partnership with the Marketing team to ensure alignment between medical and commercial strategies, supporting product planning, launch readiness, and lifecycle initiatives
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with external stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
- Generate actionable medical insights to support business decisions.
- Ensure all medical activities are aligned with the highest ethical, scientific, and regulatory standards.
- Play a key role in product launch planning and execution.

Profile
- Medical Doctor (MD) required.
- Previous experience in Medical Affairs, ideally as a Medical Manager, MSL, or in a similar leadership role within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated experience leading or supporting successful product launches is highly valued.
- Exposure to cardiovascular, neuroscience, or other specialty therapeutic areas.
