About the Role SensFlo builds FloControl, a manufacturing connectivity and intelligence platform that links plant-floor machines (injection molding, CNC, turbomachinery, and more) to real-time operational data. This role sits on the front end of the sales process and works in lockstep with Applications Engineering (AE) under SensFlo's "one gate for all" model. The Business Development Manager (BDM), USA & Mexico owns the commercial motion for opportunities across both regions from prospecting through closed-won. You originate and qualify your direct deals, and those coming from EA prospecting, register them in HubSpot with a complete opportunity brief, and hand off to EA for the front-end technical review. Once EA issues a fit-confirmed verdict, you take the deal forward for proposals, pricing, negotiation,
