Position Summary :
Ensure the timely and accurate recording and payment of the company’s financial obligations to domestic and international suppliers, while complying with internal policies, accounting controls, and applicable tax regulations. This role supports the operational continuity of a manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities :

Review, validate, and record vendor invoices (raw materials, services, spare parts, indirect expenses, freight, etc.).
Ensure invoices comply with tax requirements and internal policies.
Perform three-way matching (invoice, purchase order, and goods receipt).
Schedule and process vendor payments according to negotiated terms.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, credit notes, and vendor inquiries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor master data, including payment terms.
Prepare accounts payable reconciliations and aging reports.
Support monthly close activities and internal/external audits.
Manage advances, reimbursements, and operational expenses.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and proper segregation of duties.




Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within accounting and administrative processes.
Adhere to ethical standards, confidentiality, and financial control policies.

QualificationsEducation :
~ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience :
~2 to 4 years of accounts payable experience.
~ Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.
~ Proven experience handling high-volume invoicing and multiple vendors.
~ English advanced

Technical Skills & Knowledge :
General accounting principles (GAAP knowledge is a plus).
Mexican tax regulations (CFDI, VAT, withholding taxes).
Procurement and logistics processes in manufacturing environments.
Account reconciliations and basic financial analysis.
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, JD Edwards, or similar).
Intermediate to advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
