POSITION SUMMARY

The Global QMS Auditor is responsible for conducting independent, risk-based
assessments of global Quality Management System (QMS) processes to ensure
compliance, identify systemic risks, and drive sustained process effectiveness.
This role enables standardization, continuous improvement, and governance
visibility across the enterprise by validating that processes are defined,
deployed, executed, and effective in protecting product quality, regulatory
compliance, and customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Plan and execute risk-based internal audits across integral sites, functions,
and processes to assess compliance and effectiveness.
* Evaluate process effectiveness and maturity, ensuring controls are preventive
and consistently executed
* Identify systemic risks and gaps across core QMS business processes,
differentiating between localized issues and enterprise-level weaknesses.
* Document and communicate audit findings with clear evidence-based
observations, findings and risk prioritization.
* Drive and verify corrective actions (RCCA/CAPA),



ensuring true root cause
identification and sustainable resolution.
* Validate effectiveness of corrective actions through data, follow-up audits,
and performance trends.
* Monitor and report audit performance and systemic trends to Global Quality
leadership, supporting governance and management review.
* Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and requirements,
including ISO 9001, regulatory, and customer-specific quality systems
requirements
* Provide auditor training to site and functional resources to ensure
consistent application of audit methodologies and QMS requirements.
* Provide support and guidance for external quality systems audits, ensuring
audit readiness, effective execution, and timely, sustainable responses to
findings.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Job Qualifications:

* 3+ years of experience in a QMS role.
* Certified Internal Auditor
* Working knowledge of ISO-9001 standard requ
