Their clientele includes luxury hotels, event venues, wedding professionals, corporate event organizers, and hospitality businesses seeking unique offerings for their guests and customers.
As the company continues to expand its B2B partnerships throughout Southern California, they are looking for a proactive and resourceful Business Development Representative to help generate new business opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers.

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to identify, engage, and qualify potential business partners within the hospitality and events industries.
This is a hands-on prospecting role where you'll be responsible for building your own target lists, conducting outreach,



nurturing relationships, and scheduling appointments directly with business owners, event planners, hotel managers, and other decision-makers.
The idóneo candidate is comfortable making outbound calls, writing compelling emails, managing follow-up sequences, and consistently creating opportunities for the sales pipeline.
Engage directly with event planners, hotel decision-makers, venue managers, and business owners
Qualify prospects and uncover partnership opportunities
Previous experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or a similar outbound sales role
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement platforms
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Self-starter who can work independently in a remote environment
Results-driven mindset with a focus on generating qualified opportunities
