About the Role SensFlo builds FloControl, a manufacturing connectivity and intelligence platform that links plant-floor machines (injection molding, CNC, turbomachinery, and more) to real-time operational data. This role sits on the front end of the sales process and works in lockstep with Applications Engineering (AE) under SensFlo's "one gate for all" model: every opportunity — however it is sourced — passes through an AE technical review before it is priced, proposed, or negotiated.
The Business Development Manager (BDM), Mexico owns the commercial motion for Mexico opportunities from prospecting through closed-won. You originate and qualify your direct deals, and those coming from EA prospecting, register them in HubSpot with a complete opportunity brief, and hand off to EA for the front-end technical review. Once EA issues a fit-confirmed verdict,



you take the deal forward — proposal, pricing, negotiation, and close — in Spanish, with EA on call for demos, POCs, and technical Q&A.; You are the commercial lead and deal owner for your opportunities; the VP, Global Sales provides commercial oversight, approves non-standard pricing and exceptions, and owns SensFlo's channel partner relationships.

Work and grow partner-sourced opportunities from channel partners, including the Haitian injection-molding channel (the VP, Global Sales owns the partner relationship itself) — looping in the Sales Engineering on every partner-sourced deal per the channel agreement, and tracking reciprocity (introductions vs. Register every opportunity in HubSpot (SensFlo V2 pipeline) with a completed opportunity brief (company/site, contacts, deal source (partner and introducer, where channel-sourced),
business pain, budget/timeline signals, commercial model signals (early SaaS vs. OaaS rea
