Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years desk side support services.
- Good Communication Skills.
- Good Analytic Troubleshooting Skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating System.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business application.
- Good Customer Support Skills.
- Basic knowledge of networks telecom and compute storage.
- Basic knowledge of mobile device support.
- Provide technical support for end-user tools ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Intermediate English
- 100% on site role
