Role Description
The Supply Chain – Logistics – Coordinator is a part-time, remote role responsible for supporting the efficient flow of materials and information related to Lex Gavel’s operations and services. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating shipments and deliveries for physical materials (such as printed legal resources), monitoring inventory levels, and updating records in internal systems. The coordinator will track orders, follow up with suppliers or service providers, and help resolve logistics-related issues to ensure timely and accurate distribution. This role also involves communicating with internal stakeholders, aligning supply chain activities with organizational needs, and recommending improvements to processes and workflows.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supply Chain Management and Inventory Management skills.




- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for tracking data, resolving issues, and improving processes.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with partners and internal teams.
- Relevant experience in logistics coordination, operations, or procurement is beneficial.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with basic office and collaboration tools (spreadsheets, email, online communication platforms).
- Background or interest in the legal or professional services sector is a plus.
